Spay/Neuter Program

One of the most important health decisions you’ll make as a cat guardian is to spay or neuter your cat. Learn more about why spay/neuter is important, and download and share our Spay/Neuter Information Sheet.

If you live in a low-income household in Surrey and need help with the cost of spay/neuter for your cat, we'll pay for the spay/neuter surgery, ear tattoo identification, flea and deworming treatment.

Please note that we don't pay for vaccines but can arrange a discounted rate for you.

The vet may discuss recommended additional veterinary care for your cat that is not included, such as ear cleaning or ear mites treatment.

Payment for any additional vet services will be the responsibility of the owner.
